Seelook is an online platform where you can post your own visual materials and present them in the web space.
Create true content, use authentic names with which you identify yourself based on ethical standards and principles of good conduct.
Publish only your own photos, videos and texts. Respect the law - with particular emphasis on intellectual property.
Do not publish or share other people's private photos or videos if they were created without their express consent and approval.
Do not distribute any materials propagating hate speech aimed at any community based on nationality, ethnicity, religion, race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or illness.
Do not post any illegal, misleading or deceptive content aimed at fraudulent, illegal or unlawful activities.
All published materials are the property of their authors. No image may be used, edited, sent, published or distributed without the permission of the author.
However, under the right arising from the agreement to use the Seelook service, the User grants us a license to use them. They grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable (with the right to sublicense) global license.
To use, copy, present – including publicly – the User’s content and create derivative works based on it. The User may terminate this license at any time by deleting content or the account.
Follow these rules, as breaking the set limits may result in the removal of your content, blocking it or reporting it to the relevant state authorities.
The Administrator of the service is not responsible for incorrect display of the Website caused by not meeting the technical requirements necessary for proper functioning as well as by actions of third parties and reasons not attributable to the Administrator.
Use of the Seelook platform is tantamount to acceptance of all the above rules. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.
By using the Website, the User agrees to such processing and guarantees that all data provided by the User is true.
All information processed is compliant with the Privacy Policy of the Administrator and the Personal Data Protection Act. By accepting these Terms and Conditions the User also accepts the content of the Privacy Policy.
To all other matters not addressed in these Terms and Conditions, the provisions of the law applicable for the Administrator's registered seat shall apply.
