Geranium’s kitchen is lucid, light and dynamic. Our mission is to create meals that involve all our senses - restores, challenges and enriches.
The restaurant is situated on the 8th floor in Fælledparken (Common Gardens) in the center of Copenhagen, from where one can follow the seasons' journey through the tree crowns, catch glimpses of the city's green copper roofs and just see the windmills of Oeresund.
Rasmus Kofoed is from Denmark, where he picked up the national traits of high standards and friendly casualness. These have helped him to excel professionally.
Chef of the Year in 2003, he has taken part in competition after competition: he was winner of the Nordic Championship in Stockholm in 2004, then winner of the Eurotoques 2004 prize… which opened the door to the Bocuse d’Or where he reached the third step of the podium.
The Michelin guide awarded him a star in 2012, then a second in 2013 and a third in 2016.
